It's been rumoured for a while, but this is confirmation from Eidos.
Take Two has previously confirmed that GTA V won't release until FY14. That means it won't launch until at least April 1st.

We only reviewed the 360 version. Metacritic prefer to list the review on the format it was reviewed on, rather than every format it's available on. Which is fair enough.
